Smartbuy Login Credentials not working

I have been trying to Login to Smartbuy for past 2 weeks with no success. It says Invalid Credentials. I tried creating new Credentials but again after all the Setup it says the same while trying to login. I tried on 3 different laptops with 2 different browsers in each and on mobile but no luck. Anyone faced similar issue and how it got resolved.

It ask for mobile no n otp if you don't remember password n forget option is there too
 
It is not recognizing my mobile number or email. Says Invalid Credentials . OTP etc is next step 🙂 I do get email to my email ID though 🙂
