Smartbuy portal charges

Can anyone tell me the applicable charges for IRCTC ticket booking on smartbuy
And also cashback rate?

Not true in my case, even I did a trx with my Infinia for a 2AC ticket few days back and its correct.

They charge 1%+GST by Smartbuy. I got a otp sms with 4725.75 but the charge I got in my statement is of 4781.45 (Additional 1.18% of 4725.75 which means 1%+GST by smartbuy who is aggregator here)

Hmm. Maybe in my case Smartbuy is using the IRCTC Payment gateway that has 1.8% charge instead of 1%. Maybe they use that for "low level" or "Business" prefix cards. Or maybe this "Business" card just has higher charges, OP's card was also a Business MB.

I feel pointless running after HDFC/IRCTC on this one, as OP already did so and they played a blame game. I avoid booking flight tickets from third party vendors for this exact reason, looks like I should probably do the same for trains as well.
