Smartbuy- Query regarding add-on cards

Apologies if this has already been asked and answered. I tried searching but could not find an answer to my question.

I have an infinia and recently I got an add-on for my wife. Her card has a different number and is linked to her mobile number. She already has a DCB and a smartbuy account.

Can we use her Infinia add-on on her smartbuy account to be able to bypass certain limits, such as 20k per month for Amazon Pay? Any chances of card/account getting blocked?

Thank you!! Confirmed the same on another forum as well.

This is quite nice actually. I already have two add ons but with same number. Plan to cancel those and reapply. No need to load up on Amazon vouchers in advance even if need to do a big purchase.
