Guys am not getting 5X reward point for my paytm wallet load through american express smartern card
Any one is also facing the same issue ?

Am just getting normal points

all partners combined 25 points 🙁

In wallet category and few others, there is a capping of 250 MR point per month only..

But still as per you have only 25 MR on months till now so escalation will be good...share previous month statements SS with escalation team.

Amex says it takes 90 days for reward multiplier to kick in and reflect in the points account.

I'm also waiting for some 3x points.

Amex CC on call asked me to escalate the issue to nodal desk and they only shared email 🙂 felt that all customer support are quite same

yes there was an offer on wallet load so i just loaded i got around 20 cashback and i spent 26 on charges

Arre. Paytm has cashback offers on wallet loads. Load the amount such that convenience fee is equal to cashback.

Same issue. While on 10X partners I got points on the day of settlement.
Seems Paytm Wallet MCC isn't correctly tagged with AMEX
