Snapay CreditCard transactions query

I am trying to fund myself 50k through Snapay. Would like to hear from the experts if Snapay is reliable app and follow settlement time mentioned as per priority. I am using VISA card as of now , will it cause any issue for the cards in future like card block issues etc.. any other issues which I need to be aware of doing tons with Snapay
 

Settlement Time​


Low (1.25 %)
Settlement of this payment will take 4 working days from the day of transaction made

T+2 (2.12 %)
Settlement of this payment will take 2 working days from the day of transaction made

T+1 (2.50 %)
Payment will be settled on or before End of the next working day

Same Day (2.53 %)
Payment will be settled within 3 to 4 working hours on the day of payment

Instant (2.97 %)
Payment will be settled instantly

T1 and T2 priority payments settlement working hours will be from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on all working days.

Working days excluded all bank holidays, every sundays and (2nd,4th) saturdays.

Settlement of payment from Sameday priority on holidays will be settled on next working day.

* GST 18% as applicable on convenience charge..
No it was not money transfer..

I paid CC bill via BBPS

means we can pay via prepaid wallet like payzapp or tide wallet right?
 
Today is 6th day since CC payment but neither it is credited to card nor received refund till now..

Snapay cust care is repeatedly saying that transaction is successful from our end.

What to do now?
I have my money in limbo too
I haven't yet made a complaint but the payments are crediting to my account one by one on different dates once check your CC statement too
Still I need to get paid 2850 from snappay to my CC

I paid CC bill on 22nd Nov but yet to receive in card..

Don't know what to do next as customer care is of no help

In similar situation, did couple of payments, all went through except 1. Transaction status shows Payment Success but amount not received in CC. Raised refund request the next day and been waiting since 5 days. CS says the same thing repeatedly. I asked them specifically that please let me know if the refund request is raised successfully or not, since I haven't received any confirmation for that request but they don't have any clue and keep saying the same thing. They asked me to wait for this week, refund should come. Let's see.

Yes.. CS is clueless and keeps copy pasting same line.

Raised a complaint with Bharat Connect just now..
