So, I’ve tweeted to the RuPay team. Eterna RuPay or other BOB RuPay users should also submit their complaints

So every few days people come here complaining that they’re not getting 5x rewards on UPI transactions with the BOB Eterna RuPay CC.

I’ve tweeted about it, bro — now you guys should do it too.

Not only Eterna, infact other BOB RuPay CC too, no higher reward via UPI transaction.

I think almost all the other banks have implemented this — only BOBCards is left that still hasn’t.

Eterna:

Base rewards (Offline) : 3RP for every 100 (0.75%)
Accelarated rewards (Online Shopping Only) : 5x (15 RP for every 100). (3.75%)

1 RP = 0.25p cashback

Eligible special categories (Grocery, Supermarket, Food delivery, Education, Rent, Wallet etc.): 0 RP (0%)

for UPI currently: 0.75% (3 RP for 100)

for both online and offline through UPI spends.
