The Affluent Card Team is not reachable directly via a helpline number. I had got the contact through my network. Infact I connected some of my friends with the said team as well and they too received the card quickly on a C2C basis (max within a week)
But please note that one will need atleast a 3 lakh limit on an existing card (as informed by the said team) to stand a chance to get the approval
My C2C limit at the time of applying was 6.4L and I got Magnus approved also with the same limit (@Slayer - Hope this answers your query as well)

I have over 3L CL on one of my cards but when i tried to go through that route in October i was said that i need 4L on an existing card

Right now i am a Vistara Infinite holder and have spent over 6L in 4 months

Ohh, that's strange
Looking at the expense you have had, I am sure you could increase your CL soon on ur existing card and maybe try later again (if you are keen to move to Magnus)

- Internet banking works but where do I check the reward points. I login to the page and go to Edge Rewards points it shows a page but when i click it takes me to edge rewards portal where logging in throws an error - Does anyone know how to get this resolved.
- How long does it take for the base rewards points for TXN to show up, since I made TXN's since the last few days - a week or 2 ?
- For the 10k voucher I was told that I can claim this once the statement is generated - but seems few people have got this after a few TXN's - so can anyone confirm whats the latest on this please

Thanks and looking forward to the Magnus experience. The start has been rocky with the multiple follow up's required for basic things, but hope the reward points make up for it in the long run 🙂
 
Finally got my magnus! overall 10 days from application to reciept (directly via Branch)

buying 10k amazon pay vouchers for the first transaction

will miss out on the rewards this month as wont be able to hit 100k in the next 8 days so will start that journey nexy month

With respect to the 10k voucher, you should get it within 3 days of your first transaction. If not then you can call support and ask for the same

I actually had called support regarding this post a couple of days from the first TXN and they said that I will get it post the first statement.

So what would you suggest ? Call the support again ?

Normally once you do the first transaction and joining fees is charged to the account, you would receive text for the welcome benefit automatically. This again takes 2-3 days to activate. If the 10k +gst joining fees is posted to your account then do reach out to the customer care through email and call. They should help you get the joining voucher.

Yes you are right, i got a text to claim the voucher where the link does not work. So as you mentioned above, will wait for few days and then try logging in with my mobile number to claim the same.

Magnus indeed rocks btw.
Some of offers on grabdeals are just crazy. A freakin 40x rewards on Marks & Spencer, will make you earn 10k points with very little spends 🙂

Also, I would suggest to claim the Visa Infinite benefits from Thriwe after going thru this link https://weliveexp.thriwe.com/howtouse before claiming the Voucher coz many Magnus users were'nt able to claim the Visa Infinite benefits post claiming the voucher. So just flagging that of

Note :- While claiming the Visa Infinite benefits don't forget to note the Membership No coz once you miss it then there is no way to get it back

Yes, there would be different experiences for different people. I shared mine, plus I had confirmed the things that I mentioned with the customer care when I faced this issue.
