Sodexo Multibenefit pass/Meal pass

Hi
I have a lot of amount in sodexo and it may cross 1 lakh in next 10 days
Is there any method to transfer money from meal pass or multi benefit pass to bank account ??
Please tell me if any
It is a rupay prepaid card with multi benefit bin as 6075 77 and meal pass 6375 13
please help me anyone , specially @Abhishek012

How do you say it's expiring next month? By looking at card expiry date? It won't expire like that, renewal card will carry forward the old card money. Also meal voucher and multi benefits card are separate entities, amount deposited in meal card cannot be used in multi benefits rupay card.

I got this message mail, "Dear Pluxee User, Card ending xxxx with balance of INR xxx will expire in Mar/2024."
But then I confirmed with their Support team, the balance will be transferred to new card.

Also, you correctly pointed out that meal voucher and multi benefits card are separate entities and amount deposited in meal card cannot be used in multi benefits rupay card.
And I've checked I have balance only in my meal voucher & not in multi benefits rupay card.

So the problem is more serious now !! 😐 😑

Is there any way out here...apart from buying groceries ???

grocery / food delivery only options for meal pass.. its a locked type credit.. as it is used for tax benefits so no other loophole available.. Best you can do is go to a shop and negotiate a cash return at a discount for paying by meal pass

Zepto and Instamart were selling gold coins, if you want it check and buy them.

In the name of gold the only products I found was Gold Flake King & Malboro Gold !!

Bro why did you opt for Sodexo in first place? Just to save a mere amount of tax? But not using the card for so long? You already lost the very less benefit that is giving on it. Tax planning should be proper, otherwise we go for other routes to convert something for cash with loss in return, this void the actual purpose of Sodexo.

I suggest to use this card for all your monthly groceries and something that benefit you in any department store with non grocery items, look out for spar, big basket, and any physical store where they have a lot of home product things too.

Do note, the renewal card is 3 years validity, so u can use it, and i suggest don't opt for Sodexo again if you cannot use it wisely.
