(Solved) [AirTel] Receiving less cashback credited for the 3rd consecutive month

I am not sure if I am failing at my Mathematics or Axis is failing theirs. Getting less cashback credited for the third consecutive month. Got 895 credited instead of 1027 (After considering cap of 500 for Z/S/B transactions).

Edit: I am attaching my transactions for this month. If someone is interested or has time and patience to go through it, please do and let me know if I have go back to school again)

Edit: Their systems for Axis Ace are calculating accurately regarding cashbacks for each transactions. No idea if there is a problem even with Axis FK as I don't have that card with me.

Raise complain/request with axis PNO to add cashback for each transaction in Statement, like few other axis cards.

People should then raise a complain with Axis bank support/PNO to improve it.
so that people can easily reference cashback earned for each transaction on Airtel card.

They are just another bunch of dumbf***s sitting higher up. No use. I have already approached them about it twice.
Edit: Someone at Axis took it to hear I guess. I have received addl. cashback credited to account.

Ex: October months cashback will be credited on December month statement.

I understand that. But the cashback for the spends in a cycle are calculated in the same statement as that cycle. The credit happens in the succeeding month.

Those are mechant names. All transactions with AirTel/AirTel Payments Bank are basically utility/airtel specific transactions made in Airtel thanks app.

My guess is on 3rd party merchant spends. I am unable to pin point exactly which transaction is it. I will sit and do that as well, hoping to see which is that exact transaction not fetching cashback.

I am able to confirm that the issue lies with 3rd party merchants (Zomato/Swiggy/BigBasket). By removing cashbacks from the majority of Zomato/Swiggy transactions I am able to come to a grand total of 895. Of course, you can play around to check which transactions are they, but in the end the boundary is still within these 3. BigBasket has given cashback.

Did you speculate this yourself or called customer care & asked cashback for each txn amount specifically?

For me November statement (Oct - Nov) has major issues, many transactions not given cashback.

Apparently, Axis CC in their system can see transaction cashback in their system fir Airtel card...it seems plain lazy on Axis's part not to show that in user's statement .

CC guy was also surprised statement does not have it! kept saying check your statement when I had asked him to tell me transaction wise number so that I could cross check and arrive at the cashback total they had mentioned in statement

write an email to PNO regarding this, perhaps could be a technical issue that they can fix, if CC team members can access it.

Already written...after multiple exchanges hope they understood...will wait for their clarification on the transactions not receiving cashback.

Did you check against the Merchant category mentioned in the statement?
I got around 70-80 less than expected. All my ZOMATO PRIVATE LIMITEDGURGAONIND txns are categorized as DEPT STORES.
I'll be moving all Zomato expenses to HSBC Cashback.
