HDFC mai everything is possible - can you check in net banking though - I'm assuming you have an account already - just go to offers and check for pre-approved offers.

If it's pre-approved it won't.

Login to net banking. Go to the offer section. If it's pre approved it will show under the offer section. You don't have to do anything.

It promotional email they send to account holder or if you visited hdfc website then in promotion tab seen email will arrive in your inbox and every bank does this for their cc, investment.
