[SOLVED] HDFC Netbanking declining transaction

Hi All,
I am trying to foreclose my groww personal loan which takes me to hdfc net banking but when I try to pay using my account it gets declined. Error in screenshots. Also, talked to hdfc customer support they say the account is fine, with no issues. Talked with Groww they say might be an issue with your bank only.
Anyone knows what might be the issue

Looks like there is some daily transaction limit. Try paying it with multiple transactions of smaller amount.

Directly login to netbanking & see if you can transfer the funds to loan account if not ask the customer care to share a link for payment.

It depends on the loan agreement, he needs to call/e-mail customer care.
Foreclosure is allowed,needs to confirm how much he had to pay over & above principle,5% or something else

fixed rate laons have a foreclosure penalty of 3% + gst

It worked now, there is something called the TPT limit in HDFC default 2 lakhs, increased it and it was successful then. Wasted hours with hdfc customer support they had no idea
