[SOLVED] tata neu infinity : neucoins confusion

i made a transaction using neu infinity card on big basket via neu app. around 1000 rupees.

i should be getting 100 neucoins.
but the app shows that only 49 neu coins are waiting to be unlocked.

any idea how and when i can expect the remaining coins?

That is 5% Neupass Cashback.
Remaining 5% Neucard Cashback comes after statement generation.
