When I try to redeem 1% Cashback Points from HDFC net banking, this error is displayed. I have been trying since 5 days. Anyone else having this problem?

Seems This error has reappeared and unable to redeem rewards points from both net banking and mobile application.

Yes. Everyone is facing this issue. They'll fix it by next week hopefully.

I just redeemed 750 points from HDFC Mobile app. It has started working.
