Spa access on ICICI emeralde cards

They did this to my family.
The massage lady confirmed that there is no charge
The charge Rs.1440 came after 3 months on my ICICI card which was not used at all

Interesting. How do you handle this kind of behaviour in sockdrawer cards? Extra email vigilant? as this would escape expense tracking..

I regularly check all my cards for any debit., because I like to pay it off before the statement is generated to reduce my credit utilisation ratio.
This helps in keeping my CIBIL score above 800.

In this particular case, I could not even dispute the transaction or ask for a charge back.
I get an error that this cannot be done

I don't see it on MMT Signature, Saphiro or Emerald page anymore

I think SPA is removed from all ICICI cards moving forward, non of the card pages have spa mentioned anywhere anymore

On DF able to access other Airport SPA using ICICI cards DF card.

The below image is recent welcome mail for ICICI Sapphiro card which shows Airport Spa access.

I know, Saphiro is useless now, that's why even after having an ltf offer i haven't bothered to visit branch and get the card, what's the point
