Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) SEBI-regulated, Between MF and PMS/AIF- Can be Start with 10 Lakhs

Few days back, one esteemed Member asked me for my views on SBI Magnum SIF, hence created the thread for diversified opinion and counter point; and for more people who are interested;

Update: Our UHNI TF member 's plan as of NOW, SIF is on hold, (till more funds are launched and the associated performance and market participation).

Plan now is;
25% in Nifty 50 ETF,
25% in Nifty Next 50 ETF,
25% in Gold ETF and balance
25% in Silver
 
From what I read till now, I am almost convinced to try Altiva SIF. Only problem is that we can't try with a 1000 bucks. 😁 Mostly in January.

What's the difference you analyse between
SBI Magnum SIF vs Altiva SIF??
 
Few pointers Altiva SIF
1-Different Risk Bend in SID and Site for Altiva, SIF, ⁉️ in hybrid both are in Level 2.✅
2- Arbitrage(6.28 Mean Return) + Debt (Declining Return cycle) are core startegy

Special Situation upto 10%
(IPO Buyback etc are less allocation.)

What's the difference you analyse between
SBI Magnum SIF vs Altiva SIF??
Both looks similar. But just thought going with Edelweiss. I have good investment in sbi mf already. So, just joining one more fund house.

Btw, exit load policy better with sbimf.
 
Minimum 10L investment is requirement for poor people like me. If you are slightly rich for 3 years and get certified as SEBI accredited investor, you can get away without 10L minimum. 😁
