This sucks.. I would have understood if it was millennium or classic varient or even select one.. they are already not offering wealth cc freely and that too with 5k spends is a bit much..
Btw do anyone know if atm withdrawal contributes towards 5k spend? Since atm withdrawal are interest free for 48 days..

Also the limitation is for domestic lounge , DF should be working fine without the 5k per quarter spend

There is no restriction for Dreamfolks as confirmed by ICICI executive. Only for domestic lounge we've to spend 5k on previous quarter.
Looks like IDFC has put restriction on DF too
