Standard chattered charging annual charges despite mentioned as LTF in website

I applied for a platinum rewards credit card 3 weeks back since it was shown as life time free.
In standard chattered website it's clearly mentioned as life time free card. Attaching the screenshot for your reference.

This is my first standard chattered bank credit card.
It is also cleanly mentioned that "Spend of Rs 500 or more within 30 days from card issuance to avoid levy of onetime fee of INR 250 + GST."

I have spent more than 500rs,today when the statement got generated, I have noticed that 250rs annual charges are added in statement. This is clearly against what is mentioned in the website.

Any suggestions??
