I tooked stashfin credit builder on 25 Nov paid 1st emi and got my amount instantly then I paid 2nd one as well but that amount not credited it's more than 7 days and in application they promise that the amount will disbursed on a same day what should I do I mailed them they are not replaying.

Kindly escalate the matter to their higher authorities (pno etc.)
