State Bank debit card refund not received

I had cancelled a Flipkart transaction from State Bank debit card on 16th November I should have got the refund by 25th November but I still haven't got my money when I Kot the refund reference number from Flipkart to State bank they say that they need at 12 digit reference number the Flipkart reference number is 23 digit so they cannot do anything when I call Flipkart day tell me to contact the bank when I contact the bank they tell me to contact Flipkart I don't know what to do my 49995 is stuck what should I do

Exchange or enquiry through mail and once 30 days pass, open RBI complaint.
