I made Rs. 17k cc bill payment of kotak bank through Hdfc rupay cc on upi via airtel thanks app on 3rd May. The transaction got failed and sms received that money would be refunded in 7 days. But till now it hasn't been received. Customer care number is just ivr. E-mail to wecare@airtelbank.in resulted in reply that transaction id is not associated with airtel payments bank. What to do, Whom to contact, any email?
