Refund not received on cc bill payment via airtel app

I made Rs. 17k cc bill payment of kotak bank through Hdfc rupay cc on upi via airtel thanks app on 3rd May. The transaction got failed and sms received that money would be refunded in 7 days. But till now it hasn't been received. Customer care number is just ivr. E-mail to wecare@airtelbank.in resulted in reply that transaction id is not associated with airtel payments bank. What to do, Whom to contact, any email?

mail airtel bank and icici bank.. if they deny helping, raise the issue on RBI BO.

They refund after 2 days 😭 my 60k stuck for 2 days, if u pay extra amount which is isn't showing in bill ( Unbilled amount) they (Bildesk bbps) will reject and refunded the payment after 2 days.

Finally I have received and sms stating that the chargeback is closed and refund is credited to account.

Just wait for 3-4 working days and then call indusing cs or mail them to raise the chargeback.
Airtel thanks app has the highest failure rate for bbps system bill payment.

Not need to request their system automatically refund after 48 to 72 hours, excludes bank holidays.

Airtel thanks app good for no convenience and MCC as utility, but there system too much slow that have too much failure rate .

Every time new transaction close previous session from Ram, and open app for new . Make internet connection unbreakable, you can on off aeroplane mode . Never received or take call during transaction. And don't close minimise app during transaction until it's showing successful.

You can always use SBI unipay, same work like airtel thanks, no convenience, same MCC like airtel utility. ( Web version)

Yes they have no support for bill payment, only support available for airtel recharge and Airtel payment bank/Wallet.

Recently payment failure in airtel app has become a norm. Every second payment is getting failed.

Don't know why SBI Unipay (app version) have never worked for me. I didn't have any choice.

I never tried SBI unipay app , I always use web version... And never tried to login just use directly pay
