Subject: Unresolved Microwave Service Request and Concerns with Extended Warranty Service

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I have received for my Croma microwave, which is covered under an extended warranty for 3 years. Despite paying extra for this service, I have experienced significant delays and inefficiencies in resolving my service requests.

The details of my issue are as follows:

- Initial service request raised on November 17, 2024, for both AC servicing and microwave repair.
- AC servicing was completed within 48 hours, on 19th November i was told for microwave repair request will take 72-hours.
- On 19th November i received a call for AC servicing is closed for which I gave my confirmation about the resolved case.

- Subsequent follow-up calls 21, and 26, 2024, yielded inconsistent responses, with the request being marked as "closed" without resolution.
- Today, December 4, 2024, I was informed that the request has been closed again, and I need to re-initiate the service request.

For your reference, my registered email ID is kpriya.avish@gmail.com. I request that you check the call records and respond to this email with a resolution plan and a timeline for completion.

These people are playing with the customer money and time.
