suggest a stable and non-fraud bank to open a savings account

my recent interactions with axis have proven beyond a doubt that it will steal any and all of my money if possible.
1) they charged me for a debit card that they had already confirmed as 'closed'.
2) their pno denied any such thing and asked me to provide proof.
3) upon forwarding their own email last year that confirmed card closure, their executive calls and says that it was a mistake and that the card was never closed.
4) i get an email last week that the charges will be reversed, but they will not refund the gst. i will have to start another fight now. their pno responds only after i complaint to rbi.
5) even the promised refund is not yet provided.
6) consolidated charges.

i am planning to shift all my balance from axis to another account.

kindly suggest a stable bank (for eg, not like YES bank that had put restrictions on withdrawak and deposits in early 2020) and nonFraud bank (eg. axis) to keep my funds safe.

any banks suggestions apart from sbi, hdfc are welcome.

damn axis isn't famous expect for burgundy where they don't charge much if you're aware how they steal your money in the name of consolidated charges.

yes i had thought about that, but again, stealing money for a 'closed' or a nonexistent card is something that they can do for burgundy accounts also. so right now i am judging banks by how easy it is for me to get my grievances addressed. hdfc has been on the top in this regard.

IDFC 10/25k MAB , i have zero MAB a/c and HDFC pre-approved offer sucks but on higher variant they don't charge and i keep way above MAB all the time.

you mean IDFC?
1) how did you get 0mab? on website i can see only 25k mab as normal savings account
2) is there any need to visit idfc branch, or physical verification upon opening the account online? some banks open account instantly, but it is partial kyc and then you have to go to the branch to submits docs to make it fully operational.

IDFC has future first savings A/c, that is 0 MAB.

Best option is to go for ICICI. It is DSIB, so safest beside HDFC, SBI. Low charges. If you can do an initial funding of 5-10 L, you can get wealth account with 0mab.
After that Kotak, Indusind, IDFC.
Axis is worst bank ever seen. Don't know how is it standing still date, and why RBI isn't taking actions on such bank

regarding icici, what is your personal experience in dealing with their customer care or grievance cell? it might be stable as a dsib but even axis is.

i dont have an account in icici but a credit card, and they had made an incorrect cibil enquiry under personal loan for me. getting that enquiry removed took a lot of efforts for me.

also is it possible to open a wealth account completely online?
