Suggest cheapest wallet loading for Pioneer Legacy card please.

I want to load Rs. 50k in wallet. Recommend the cheapest wallet to load it with IndusInd Pioneer Legacy card please.
Can I pay rent using that amount in wallet through bank transfer or UPI?

Currently cheapest way to load wallet is Payzapp. 1.5% +gst

But if u wants to transfer it to any person account or UPI, then 1% charges applicable.
