Suggest from PNB, BoB, Canara for daily UPI usage with no freeze account

I am thinking to open a new bank account in a PSU bank. Considering BoB, PNB, Canara banks.
My usage will be
1) 4 to 5 upi transaction daily for any vegetable or grocery shopping in nearby shops
2) FD online open and close
3) As max PSU banks give Rupay Select DC so yes I will also look for this DC.

Which bank and account i should prefer from these 3 banks? Account opening should be online if possible. Freeze should not happen if I cross more than 100 upi transactions in a month.

BOB. But avoid saving accounts for daily transactions. Use digital wallets or UPI Lite for the same.

Don't open PNB for UPI
Bob and canara are good
Bob and canara both are zero balance account.
RSDC are provided on both the accounts.
Canara offers cheaper RSDC .

This is the answer, but my personal experience says UPI and PSU bank savings account does not mingle well!
HDFC/Axis never freeze if your transactions are within declared income

Opening high MAB accounts just for UPI transactions does not make sense .
Instead he can go for payment banks or slice savings account, kotak 811 .

Read horror stories of 811 before recommending it.
HDFC 10k, Axis 7.5 k (metro)

SBI is perfect for this

1. Open bob sb gen ac
2. Full kyc your phonepe or Amazon pay or both wallet
3. Activate UPI lite

Every UPI transaction is sorted may be 150 may be 200 or more

UPI Lite amount is too small, it is best to control it to around 100,000 per month
UPI Lite now holds upto ₹5000 balance. You can do any number of transactions as long as they fall within the max limit. Max limit per transaction is ₹1000 and per day is ₹10000. For majority, UPI Lite is more than enough.

If daily transaction value is more than 10,000 then a digital wallet is beneficial as it holds upto ₹2L. PhonePe, MobiKwik, AmazonPay, PayZapp and Cred are popular PPI apps with UPI.

Other than this, only current accounts should be used for high volume of transactions.
