Suggest me forex card for 0 fee international txn

I need a forex card with 0 fee on international txn. I have HDFC milenia DC but it has forex charge on international txn. I go foreign trip for work n vacation 4-5 times a year. so i lot lot of money in txn charge.
I tried NIYO global. application rejected because my passport was issued outside india. NiyoX not sure what is the issue. verification failed, server down.. these kind of message coming up. tried for 2 days. what else option is there?
FD backed card also OK. but I need debit card. not credit card. already hold DCB CC.

RBL World Safari especially if you can get it LTF by upgrading your Shoprite card.

today i got message from them, they cant oopen account. verification failed. Niyo, FI both rejected my application.

1L and if you have there pinnacle credit card you can even maintain 0 MAB

Niyo X rejected bcz they dont serve west bengal pin code.
FI rejected, without showing any reason. they said internal policy. reached out their social media. they said same thing.
went to Indusind bank for zero forex card.
they said world exclusive DC is available, but need to maintain 2 lakhs balance to get that account. I cant keep 2 lakh cash, so that option is gone.

Any specific reason your looking for master card in indusind exclusive, you can get a visa variant as well.
