I'm planning to buy a phone tonight (value around 44,000/-) from Flipkart

I want to buy in such a way that I get maximum cashback

Following are the ways I can do the payment

Credit Cards
Airtel Axis CC
Kotak League CC
HDFC Tata Neu CC

Debit Cards
Kotak Privy League DC
HDFC Prefered Platinum DC
HDFC Millennia DC

1) Should I buy directly or use HDFC Smartbuy
2) Pay through Gift voucher or pay directly by card

I think Smartbuy is your best best. I would not recommend using Gift Vouchers to purchase anything from Flipkart as they are infamous for notoriously cancelling orders, for seemingly no reason. In fact, if possible, try to buy from some offline store. Twitter is filled with instances of fake products delivered by Flipkart and Amazon even by fulfilled sellers. Even some well-known tech influencers have been a victim of this. So, proceed with caution

Yeah from last few months they are only doing secured delivery (delivery guy opens package in front of us then he takes pics of everything and if we are okay with product we have to give him an OTP and only then delivery process gets complete)

I highly doubt that. I bought the Nothing Phone 1 on the launch day and there was an HDFC bank discount of 2k rupees.
So i would suggest to wait, watch and than decide.
