I suggest you wait for 3 months and apply via offline Mode C2C with the highest limit card and ITR
or you can apply simply save and then get the CB card

HDFC grievance rejected Infinia request.
Will mail for DCB in some time.

That might be the trigger point as your cibil is down by few points I guess

Not True any SBI Card can be applied offline or online except few co-branded card

Yes, never apply the same bank card back to back after rejection at least wait for 2 months

One of my friends applied SBI CB via SBI Branch CC Agent last year and was approved instantly

I tried with CC agent in malls, they said it. Will try from bank branch.

Biz black is for self-emplyed or business people only, correct? will they give it to salaried people?

Yes, try via Branch. Mall agent are useless and they will not do a follow up if anything is need I can share you my agent number
