Hdfc times titanium

I have applied for hdfc cc upgrade. It is under process since last 1 and half months. I got rejected for hdfc tata neu infinity.
I can't get amex as my pin code is non serviceable.
Does axis vistara make sense in this spend ? Should I apply for one ?
