Suggestions regarding additional card

Is it good to take, how much cashback received on upi payment with this.

LTF Snapdeal is always good. Though we don't use snapdeal app that much hut it gives 1% back on UPI. If you don't have any UPI specific card or any card giving you less than 1% then go for it.
Else ignore it.

Already have kiwi card, till date bob not offered me limit increase with premier card, I donot use premier card due to its low reward system, so thinking to take snapdeal and use some transaction with upi.

Can't trust any upi cards. May be in few months, we will have to ask questions like, guys kiwi has been devalued, what's next?
Hope this shouldn't happen.

But bob Snapdeal is best as of now for upi just like kiwi. Get it for now as you already hold bob premier
