I received below mail today. Not sure what it really is. I didnt open the attachment(though it was a txt file) doubting it to be some kind of spam.

Has anyone else similar email or know what it is?

It's a spam. My spam folder is full of such mails. I even have a spam mail from FBI. 🤣

For sure a spam. No two ways about it. Avoid at all costs. Never click on any kind of links/attachments on such emails.
