Swiggy HDFC CC Cashback Issue

Guys, I need your suggestions here.

I hold a HDFC Swiggy CC and I did a transaction of Rs 30000/- online for a merchant named "RAZ*SLPE INFOTECH" which has MCC of 4111. As per HDFC Swiggy T&C, it should provide me a cashback of 5% for the mentioned MCC, but instead they provided me only 1% cashback. I raised issue till Nodal officer and got a reply that the MCC matches but merchant name is different so it is not applicable for 5% cashback. Now, they are rejecting my claim of 5% cashback.

Questions is do both MCC and Merchant name needs to be matched as per Swiggy HDFC T&C to claim 5% cashback ? If not, what should I do next? I am thinking to raise a complain on RBI Ombudsman. Please let me know whether am I right or wrong?

They are correct here. As they have mentioned following line in the tcns

"Only select merchants mapped under the MCCs listed in Table 1.2 are eligible for 5% Cashback."

This is as per my understanding

Yes they are correct it is not their fault

This is the reason why i avoid using Swiggy card for anything except Swiggy.
