Swiggy HDFC Credit Card Limit

I applied for the Swiggy LTF HDFC credit card as I frequently order from Swiggy. I spend 6-7k per month, with 90% of that spent on groceries.

A limit of 15k was given on the Swiggy HDFC CC, but when I was applying for the card, the estimated limit mentioned was 75k. I also took screenshot during the process. When I reached out to the bank by phone, the executive told me, "the limit was mentioned as up to 75k, but the bank decided to grant you 15k."

I would also like to mention that I have an IDFC First Millennia card with a limit of 40k and an Amazon Pay ICICI card with a limit of 1.4 lakh. My CIBIL score is 791.

How can I get the limit increased?

Nothing can be done in this case. You can provide income proof (salary slip/itr) and get it increased.

I wanted to share my frustrating experience with the HDFC BizGrow Credit Card. After an initial rejection, the card was approved following a grievance, but with a very low limit of ₹15,000. Despite my request not to activate it until a suitable limit was granted, HDFC activated the card and added it to my CIBIL report.

This isn't my first issue with HDFC. I closed my previous MoneyBack Business Card due to a similarly low limit of ₹16,000, despite applying for C2C with a ₹60,000 limit. After months of trying to get a limit increase, I gave up and closed the card.

Now, with another low limit on this new card, I’m unsure whether to activate it or close it again. Has anyone faced similar issues? Any advice on dealing with HDFC or getting a better limit would be appreciated!

Drop email to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com tell them ur swiggy related issue n demand approval if they declined (which is most probably they're gonna do) send them your CIBIL report and tell to remove enquiry
After 3 month apply via offline and convert it into ltf after 8-10 month
