I think in the near future, Swiggy Black is going to be the Swiggy One ( the benefits shown in imgs are already there in ONE ) and Swiggy One will kinda be downgraded.
Coming to Support; I am not even kidding, I have sent these ####### 78+ emailsssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for one fcking single issue. They did not add the One Month Free Dineout to my Account which was shown on payment screen. Been over months; and these bastards have still not added.

Zomato Gold Used to give coupons on late delivery, then they stopped it. Good thing is they didn’t charge extra for that feature. I’ve sent at least 50 mails regarding food issues over the year(2024). Not even 1 was solved Just Generic response “Rate the restaurant we can’t initiate refund this time”.

Sure in near future they may dissolve Swiggy One lite, Swiggy One Blck will be the default subscription tier. & They will definitely downgrade Swiggy One like, they may increase Minimum Order Amount, Reduce Distance for free delivery & may also remove these discounts on Hotstar, prime etc

Ain’t these two promises kinda contradictory to each other?. If you really do express deliveries then what’s the point of On Time Guarantee Coupon(Of Course i get it in case they missed the deadline). But there’s already swiggy bolt which delivers in 10
Mins even without blck/Normal One subscriptions. Let’s say they expedite the order from the restaurant side, but these so called Swiggy customer care team already said to millions of customers repeatedly that they can’t expedite the food order, because “we’re not the one who makes food, to kinda shut us up when we questioned the delay. Also how can we trust authenticity of express delivery(promised time), coz each & every time we can’t place same order from same restaurant for same address at same time one from blck & one without blck! to check the authenticity. Why I’m asking is, Swiggy always do gimmicks with restaurant distance, With One subscription the Restaurant “A” is 11.4 Km,so no free delivery but without One Subscription this so called Restaurant “A” is just under 9.4 KM.

In my experience i say with or without black the quoted time will be 2-5mins difference max, coz even swiggy tried to expedite, restaurants won’t give a F, coz they can’t isolate an order because of huge number of orders poring in, & there will be very limited staff to handle the giving away the food to delivery guys(Mostly 1 person). All in all Swiggy with back off with this coupon thing like Zomato Gold.

In a nutshell, we should aim for more late deliveries… guess what, they punch in on-time delivery even before he arrives at our place, say when he reaches within 500m radius

It’s becoming a pattern and habit for all Genz companies, banks to offer new tiers and products to keep users aspirational and special. At the end of the day nothing lasts permanently.

I always get coupon for late delivery with Zomato Gold. Even if guy is delayed by a minute

they also doing some miscalculation with restaurant distance to not include within 7km range, whereas in reality that restaurant under 7km only. Thought these all happened due to frequent swiggyone membership provided by various cards.

As expected, now they launched Swiggy Black.

they can simply change time in order page.

last time, I received message saying "we delivered on time, yet again" but I was shocked that my sms deduction came at 7.12pm but in app order page its 7.34pm, so they adjusted 20mins and delivered after 40mins with message "we delivered on time".

I removed swiggy after in one of my orders the item wasnt available so i asked to cancel that item, i got a call that refund will be done soon. They a day later when no refund was recd they told me to email for the refund. I uninstalled the app.
