Problem is with food orders. Their logistic partners are unreliable like shadowfax, ekart.I ordered grocery items on ONDC.

Even ONDC was ruined by Zomato under the guise of magicpin. Coming to PinCode & Paytm ONDC, restaurant prices are par with zomato/swiggy in these platforms & additional delivery charges taxes etc so No use & No difference b/w ONDC or traditional food apps & also lack of good number of restaurants, Also the restaurants who’re on these platforms doesn’t always accept ordersIs anyone using ONDC to order food.

We have to contact the app support or restaurant?I ordered 6 times on various apps, 3 times not delivered but refunded after escalations.
2 times, I have to complain to restaurant to make the delivery which not happened under 2 hours. At one time they keep on saying "bike not functioning properly, waiting for other delivery person".
1 time it was delivered wrong item, restaurant didn't accept the mistake.

There's no clear escalation matrix, based on your experience.
This indeed feels silly since Swiggy One already exists.
This isn't Netflix where they can offer too many betterment options.
The food remains the same, the delivery time(no matter what you choose) remains pretty much the same.
You aren't getting any additional discounts/preferential pricing.
I don't get it why would they need to confuse the user and add some membership options when one already exists.
They shouldn't have distributed Swiggy One codes like a bhandara to the bank partnerships if they cared about getting the money so much.

look at zomato - it, in my experience is worse than swiggy with just automated response to even when food is stolen
disclaimer - I have both zomato gold and swiggy one till 2026. I do not believe in buying stocks of marginally or not profitable companies, so I dont hold stock in any of these two

Actually I made such a ruckus on Twitter and threatened with National Consumer Helpline complaint, and doing their badnami on all social media channels and in WhatsApp groups, that they refunded full order amount (₹228) + promised 250 in Zomato wallet, and then I reached out to the restaurant who delivered the missing order too so free food. But then I wrote a thank you to Zomato on Twitter for resolving the issue since none of this was my mistake but they didn't credit the 250 in Zomato credits since I said my issue was resolved. 😳😲kitne 50 rs?
