TA Wallet UPI & RuPay Card launched (Load money using Amazon gv):

Note: T-Wallet and TA Wallet are two different apps, so don’t get confused. I’m talking about the TA Wallet app here. However, both come under the same company.


Update - Wallet UPI working now. Mera culprit BSNL se nahi ho raha hai.

Note: Direct credit card bill payment won’t work using wallet balance, as NPCI has currently disabled it. If your Wallet UPI/RuPay virtual card gets generated, then it will be beneficial (full kyc mandatory).

Updated - one guy told IOS version also working ( personally not verified)

Warning: Before loading money, I suggest completing full KYC (only aadhar otp required) and generating the Wallet UPI or RuPay virtual card. Only add money if Wallet UPI activated successfully.

Important info: if your TA Wallet register mobile number and Amazon register mobile number is different then first login using your mobile number (click on unlock saved options, change mobile number option and enter your Amazon register mobile number) and then your Amazon gift card wallet account will open, otherwise you will get transaction error.

BTW, I hadn’t added even ₹1 to the wallet after completing full KYC, but I wasn’t able to get the RuPay prepaid card without linking an email. So, I sent an email regarding being unable to link my email. Because of that email issue, they had blocked my wallet earlier, and after multiple follow-ups, it was unblocked two months later with only mini KYC.

Meanwhile, I had sent several emails requesting an upgrade from mini KYC to full KYC. I was about to file a complaint with the RBI, but before that, I checked the app today and found that my email had finally been successfully verified through OTP. I re-verified my Aadhaar, upgraded the wallet to full KYC again, and also managed to generate the RuPay prepaid card. 🤣🤣

The RuPay Prepaid Card BIN is 508839

No compensation, badi rude thi grievance officer mujhe bhi jyada behes nhi krni tha , refund lia then closed fir kaam khtm 🙂

Today only I took her class.

She was telling the payment settled at merchant end so can't do anything.

I told her that I am not telling the case of PENDING transaction , if merchant refunds then it should be credit back to the source.
I am from ECOM domain, once the transaction settles then it's on merchant whether to do full refund or partial refund and it should be settled back to the source account.
Seems, they didn't handle reverse things.

Example:
Let say you order something from flipkart and the payment settles --> but due to some logistic issues or bla bla issues, flipkart refunded the money back to the source account.

The same case happened with me with CSB bank payment. The CSB bank refunded the money (I confirmed from CSB bank over mail as well).

Not sure how much knowledgeable she is but I told her very clearly that don't just say any words in front of me, I am well aware of the things and if the refund won't be processed in 2-3 days then will raise the complaint with RBI.


I even told them multiple issues in past like stuck payment checks --> they said the amount settled to merchant but then I looked over their API's and refunded the amount to wallet back. --> they fixed it later.

As I know all their internal folks & few things (mail ids, phone numbers & few APIs as well) --> they always respond to me 😂

But don't think guys I am one of them --> I am like you only and as I told multiple times, use this app at your own risk 😂
