Experts, need your help.

For me (and many of you as well), some vouchers are still not generated even after following the T&Cs.

I complained to razorpay via mail and received reply from them for sharing the transaction details. I have replied them with details long time ago.

Still haven't received any reply or unlocked the vouchers.Anyone can guide on next action?...anyone to escalate to? ex. VISA ?

Reply to same mail and remind them not received.
They will reply slowly and ask to check again and reply still not received with screenshots.
I did same but still not received Rs 200 voucher for 2 cards from more than 1 month.

Some people here have escalated to RBIO , and got the same.
Its upto to you.
For some , it may not be worth the hassle .

If you haven't received the coupons even after a month, you are probably never going to get it.
Best option is to move on.

Nope, I got for apay card after 2-3 months. First it wasn't allowing me to register, emailed razorpay support after waiting for more than a month ,they acknowledged the complaint but nothing much help/information was received from them although I was reminding them time to time. One day I was able to register and got 100 voucher, after a month got 200 voucher and I informed their support to close the complaint. From their side it was complete silence after I shared few details regarding card they had asked initially.

Did u receive some complaint number which was kept open until resolution?

Yes, there was two complaint numbers. One from twitter, one from email support. After I told them about receiving all the vouchers, they haven't replied anything regarding closure of the complaints. I don't know whether it's because of complaint or it happened on its own, I got both the vouchers for apay card.

My first tap to pay transaction from apay card was in June, I wasn't aware of this offer then. I got to know about this offer towards September end, by that time 3 tap to pay transactions were completed. I tried registering the card, it didn't accept. Then I complained around 1st week of October.
