Tata Neu Add-On partially functional

Hello,
I have a very peculiar problem with HDFC. I recently applied for 2 add ons for Tata Neu Infinity. Received the cards a couple of days ago with different card numbers and the details properly linked to the add on holder's phone number. However, these cards are not showing up in MyCards or the HDFC netbanking web portal, even though a SMS was received on the add on holder's number with a reminder to setup the card in MyCards. When I'm trying to do that, the MyCards portal does not recognize this card.

Weirdly enough, the card does show up in the HDFC iOS app where I have been able to set the PIN. I am able to do online transactions as well with the OTP's coming correctly. However, UPI apps are not able to detect the card and so the main purpose of getting these add-ons is lost. Has anyone dealt with a situation like this?

Was able to add it to netbanking now, but mycards does not recognize it, says enter a valid and active card.
