Tata Neu App Partner Brand Tiers - Air India Express, Titan, and Taj

As all of you might know, Tata Neu app has tier level system within the app for itself - Explorer, Insider, Elite and Legend.
Neu Infinity Card holders get 5% on app purchases, apart from 5% on card purchase.

That being said, To fully explore neu benefits, we need to enter the Legend tier through spends.



Within the Neu app, we also get tier level benefits of Air India Express (AIX), Titan, and Taj as well. These are three popular Tata partners.
(If you have Tata Neu Infinity card, you are in Taj Inner Circle Silver membership level by default).
These are the benefits of each tiers of these three partners. The spends on Tata Neu app are also counted to these tier membership eligibility.

Air India Xpress Loyalty benefits:
Air India Express is one of the most rewarding partner in the Tata Neu ecosystem.
In domestic flight within India, after Indigo, AIX is one main player.
(Others like Spicejet, Akasa, etc are smaller in terms of number of flights and destinations covered)

I used to be flying more in Indigo till last year, but recently I have shifted to AIX.
Indigo's loyalty benefits are also very poor compared to AIX. Even in flight quality, I have felt AIX is much better than indigo.

Indigo - non reclinable plastic chairs, less cabin space, cramped inflight space etc.
AIX - reclinable sofa seats, better cabin space, better inflight space etc.

Coming to the loyalty benefits, AIX have 4 tiers,
Starting from the basic tier, once you sign up for neu pass, you get 100 off for each flight booking (150, 200, and 250 for each upper tiers)
+ when you reach the highflyer tier (10 flights), any seat selection is also free.

Once you complete 5 flights, you get a 2000 rs flight voucher and 500 rs meal voucher.
Once you complete 10 flights, you get a 5000 rs flight voucher and two 500 rs meal vouchers.
once you complete 10 flights, you can enter the highflyer tier (which is benefits-wise similar to topmost tier)

(I just reached the Explorer tier last week, and here are my flight and meal voucher that I got)


I always book directly from the AIX website, or Tata Neu app (for additional neucoin cashbacks).
