You are right, Even I've ordered stuff as low as 50 but I wasn't expecting it'll be so soon.

Yeah, You're right in that even at times I used to feel pity for them as how they're managing with no charges and not bad considering what others are charging but still, it hurts a little considering we were used to ordering low as well.

Free delivery in general is never sustainable. Someone has to bear the charges in the end. It changed the way I order after watching ThinkSchool.
