I used to get 5% Cashback as neu coins for utility bills but now it’s reduced to 2%. Suddenly there’s a banner in tata neu app showing 2% cash back as neu coins for utility bill payments. I’ll close this card it’s not LTF

Just email simply to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com

They'll process LTF, if not keep requesting 🙂.

They'll do it eventually 😜.

I’ll mail them one more time, if not they failed to convert it to LTF, I’ll close it, I already got airtel card only problem is Airtel doesn’t have my state’s power bill payment option. I’ll close this neu+ & pay via amazon cc which gives same 2% cashback with LTF option

Infinity gives you 5% on utilities!!

That is not possible bro!! On infinity you get 1.5% as base coins and 3.5% as bonus coins on utility payments.

For plus you get 1% base coins and 1% bonus coins for utilities!! Have been using it since last year!!
