Tata neu card upi changes

Hello TF members .
I did all upi transactions using tata neu app for an total amount of 5458 but i received only 0.5 % worth of tata neu coins i.e 27 neu coins only did any faced the same issue . What to so now ?

Use Tata neu UPI, for full cashback

0.5% in statement. 1% directly posted to neupass. Please check your neupass statement

Yes its showing it is locked it will unlock in somedays thank you for the help
