Though it was not intentional, but I have noticed that HDFC Tata-Neu Infinity has become my new favorite to book maximum expenses.

The UPI acceptance and exciting RuPay offers across different merchants and marketplaces seem to have worked in favor of the card.

Summary of the Neu Coins earned, speaks for the charm.

My Tata Neu Infinity card Rupay version ws delivered today. I had a question about International lounge access. Read somewhere in the forum earlier that for Rupay cards , we need to register with Loungekey. However in the documentaction I got with the card , there was no mention of loungekey. It does mention that international lounge access will be provided via Rupay list of participating lounges. $ 3.25 will be deducted which will be reversed later.

So the question is Loungekey relevant to Rupay cards?
Also international lounge access will be provided by swiping the credit card directly?

I got it as LTF from bank branch. Had to submit income docs. and card facia of one of my existing credit cards (age >3 months).

I had to save the card everytime at the payment page while ordering on Big basket via Tata Neu app!
I order once, saved the card and ordered.
2nd time, I am ordering the saved card is not appearing and had to save it again. Its troublesome

I had to save the card everytime at the payment page while ordering on Big basket via Tata Neu app!
I order once, saved the card and ordered.
2nd time, I am ordering the saved card is not appearing and had to save it again. Its troublesome

Currently I am able to save hdfc cards only in neu app rest other cards everytime inputting it’s like punishment

I was able to save my Kotak league and SBI CB card in Bigbasket from TataNeu. I just added them once, I'm using Android - maybe in iOS there might be an issue

You have to do payment from Tata Pay only for 5% additional Neu coins from Neu Pass, correct?
HDFC CC told me that if I save Infinity in Big Basket using Tata Neu, then use Tata Neu to order from Big Basket and then choose the Infinity card saved in Big Basket and not Tata Pay, I will not get the additional 5% Neu coins from Neu Pass!

Not really. You can use any payment form other than NC on TataNeu app and you will be eligible for 5% NC - this will be posted to Neu app directly. Additional 5% NC if paid via Neu card - this will be posted to card first and then app.

Ah lol okay. Came late to the party. Yeah you will probably get 10% best case, 6.5% worst case.
Depending on if HDFC can track this payment was made from tata partners.
