Tata neu cc not working for utility payment in app

Was using tata neu app to pay utility bill but only debit card option is shown. I have earlier paid using neu credit card but don't know why it is not accepting right now. On entering details of credit card it shows - "This payment mode is not supported".
fyi - App is fully updated.

Suggesting Try adding your Tata neu card manually under Categories->Tata Pay->UPI and Cards ,Here add you card manually first then try to make payment...

If still issue is there then share screenshot of error and also share the procedure/sequence you are doing for making payment..

I added the card using this method and successfully paid the electricity bill using the tata neu card. So I will get the neurons after bill generation, right ?

See @BMR already paid the bill as i have mentioned above...Try correct sequence for payment

The card is already added in the app.
I was paying electricity bill.
Screenshot showing the rupay variant of neu infinity card for payment.
Second screenshot showing neu cc as preferred payment mode when I tried it for a mobile prepaid payment of 2545/-
This preferred payment mode option itself is not showing when paying electricity bill.

I just paid a electricity bill worth 5220 using New infinity, how much is your electricity bill amount ?

Tat neu card bill payment limit is 1 Lac in single transaction above this in one go you have to opt for other methods like upi,devit cards..
Have you crossed the thersold ?

I think I must be hitting the lower limit threshold 😅
I was paying amount of 912/- only.
Maybe there might be something like - for above 1000 or so amount you can use cc.

Try with another Electricity Biller

Having the same issue. Can't pay my electricity bill via neu card. 🙁

Got a reply from tata neu customer care.
3 electricity billers have been disabled where cc can be used as payment method.

I am trying to use my tata neu infinity rupay CC on tata neu app but transaction failed everytime. CC working fine on all other apps and offline.
Tata neu costomer care team unable to resolve issue till now.
Every time when I am trying to pay by HDFC rupay CC, transaction got reversed in 10 sec.
