Tata Neu Electricity Payment Cashback?

I want to pay electricity bill payment to JVVNL. I want to get 5% cashback. While making a payment, I am seeing three option as payment method, tata pay upi, cards and other upi app. In which option will I get 5% cashback? While selecting Tata Pay Upi, rupay cards (Including Tata Neu Card) are showing disabled.

Yes, i had paid multiple times earlier and got it, but recently they started convenience fee on credit cards.

There system detects when you are paying utility bills only through there app and starts convenience fee, checked now and there is no convenience fee at all.

Use card option. Enter Neu infinity card detail and make payment. You (card owner) will get cashback as neucoins two days after statement is generated.

One of good use case for me to use neucoins is booking seats / meals etc on Air India express (earlier Air Asia). I buy ticket from any site without paying for seat / meals. And then book seat / meal from air india express website using neucoins.

Will use those points while booking air India express flights. I travel every month for college.
I am looking actually on where else can I use those points lol. Sadly, big basket does not deliver in my location.

just in the hundreds so far, got my infinity card this December under ltf offer, will start using it for bill payments majorly now to accumulate neu coins

Maximum bill payment is Rs 50000 per month. I am guessing that will not give too much Neucoins to buy flights completely.

You are right. But one good thing about neu coins is its just treated as money, so can use whatever amount as a direct cash discount.
