The T&C says otherwise asking for a net payment of 2500 post offers & coupon codes etc.

can confirm, i too got 375+ neucoins for a 2500+ order. Great vfm.
 
Here I’d like a highlight a mischievous practice by BigBasket.
In case if your order amount is exactly 2500/- and BigBasket cancels any item at the last moment, you’ll end up loosing 250 Neucoins…it happened to me for the 2nd time this time!!! 😡🤬😡🤬

A practical solution to this could be that you order some excess items anticipating any cancellations. This will save you in case of cancellations.
But if nothing is canceled, then you can return those excess items to the delivery boy then and there itself and get refund!!

Update: I took up the issue with BigBasket / TataNeu, and after a prolonged email conversation cum follow-up, they added 250 NeuCoins to my account on 17-06-2024 !!

who does this mischieevous practices often?? happens with me too, on other platforms ..... recently my nike shoe order got cancelled on myntra (the order on which I redeemed coupons heavily in eors, and also redeemed FK supercoins at 1:1 ratio )
@VISHESH_BANSAL any idea who is after us cancelling our orders?

This used to happen with me also. However in the recent past, BB is pretty consistent in delivering all the items. I generally place order around midnight and choose the earliest slot available.

I placed the order on 7th at 11:30 PM and before placing I read the tncs, it is the same offer 2500 pe 250 and took the screenshot too
