i have tata neu hdfc credit card am using multiple times hdfc smartbuy platform but not received any cashback our reward points in any busy received so please reply our solutions please provide asap...

There is a Seperate Offer On Smartbuy For Tata Neu Cards and it is shit.

For Gyftr :- You Just Get same Neucoins as Bonus as your Variant i.e Extra 1.5% For Infinity Making it 3% And Extra 1% For Plus Making it 2%

No that thing is very misleading
For Tata Neu cards on Smartbuy Gyftr u will not get the 5% cb that u get on other HDFC cards. For Neu+ card u will get 1% back as neu coins(instead of 5%) + the usual 1% card reward points and similarity for neu infinity card 1.5% +1.5%

Hey just one question why are we getting first 1.5%. I get it in the link it says 1.5% from smartbuy. But infinity doesn't give any points on purchase of GV right? So why then the first 1.5%
