Tata Neu HDFC LTF Offer

I got a LTF offer for the Tata Neu card. I already have a LTF Infinia. Want to know if anyone has already applied and got this as second card. Does it impact your existing card?

What's the catch? Annual fees, limit per month etc,

Neu coins can only be redeemed for tata brands, and annual fee is 1500+ GST, but many are getting either FYF or LTF

if you already have other cards, what's the use of this card primarily

This card is for people who spend regularly on tata brands such as big basket, croma , 1 mg, Air Asia etc because they earn 10% neu coins

yes. It worked for me.
Please note that I am having HDFC account too, so maybe they verified the details from there.
If you do not have hdfc account, drop them a message on Twitter to change your name. The executive will call you in 5-10 minutes only and will remove last name.

Kya mazaak hai yaar ye. 20 din se jyada ho gaye aur ab ye sab natak kar rahe hain.
I didn't give any address to them. I already have Hdfc Preferred account and a Credit Card. They did physical KYC. They asked Aadhar Card photo on mail I sent and now they are saying these things.
I don't want this card now.

First time only I had mailed to Tata only, they said it's in HDFC's hand we can't do anything.

Most probably. They will do the necessary changes.

They dispatched new card with RuPay and it's now started showing into TATA Neu app.

Hi All. I'm not sure if this query is appropriate for this thread or not but I'll ask it anyway. 😋😅

Background: I applied for TATA Neu Infinity card offline, via branch, as app was showing me FYF offer but branch had LTF offer on C4C. On the application there was no option to select card network but I specified RuPay separately to the RM.
I got a verification call from HDFC for the application form and the agent confirmed that the card is LTF and would be on RuPay network. This was last Thursday.
I got the virtual card email from HDFC today morning and the card seems to be on VISA network (BIN 402359).

Question: What are my options here? This is my 1st tussle with HDFC.
Can I escalate this? To contact centre or email?
Can I ask customer care to chage the network for me? I read somewhere on this forum that HDFC is not entertaining this.
Any other option?

It does check your cibil for only checking your eligibility for Neu cards on Tata Neu app.
