Tata Neu Plus got approved and generated digitally yesterday but unable to make upi payments

Hey everyone.. as the title suggests, I received it yesterday and linked the same initially on Gpay and then on paytm, bhim, payzapp but was unable to make any payments through UPI.
I hold a paytm merchant account and QR but was unable to transact using the Rupay cc.
Moreover, also tried doing a mobile recharge on cred with payment option as UPI>Gpay>Rupay cc but failed.
Kindly help.

Got Tata Neu Infinity Rupay card today - linked in GPay - scan and pay worked fine for me.

I don't think so.
Recently my father had pooled more than 1.5lac via UPI self transfer before paying for a large transaction via DC.
