Tata Neu scan and pay issue with Neu Infinity

Anyone else facing this issue?
I cannot use scan and pay via neu infinity at Tata Neu.

I was facing this for few days so I reinstalled Neu App and it started working again.

I get failure message but get an SMS saying payment is successful and even the receiver got success.
the app is too buggy.
sometime payment button is disabled but works when I use gpay with the same card.
