Tata Nue Infinity Utility bill : Coins 1.5% + 3.5% or 5% +5% ?

If I pay 40k Utility bill (Electricity) do I earn

>>10% coins (5% tata nue app + 5% on Infinity)

or

>> Just 5% (1.5 base for UPI + 3.5% Bonus for infinity)?

PS : Lot of clutter over forums & devaluation threads.Hence thought of putting this out & clear for everyone's easy reference

I have paid 1920 on 02/10/2025 to pay for the utility bills using Tata Neu App. The merchant name is appearing as 'TATA PAYMENTS LIMITEDBMUMBAI'. In my statement, there is no 'Base NeuCoins*' against this transaction. Inside bonus Neu Coins box, I have received 29 Neu coins against 'Neucoins_on_Utility'. This is only 1.5%. How to get 5%?

There are two sections for me
Add_TataPayment - 3.5%
Neucoins_on_Utility - 1.5%

Add_TataPayment is credited in next month statement
So if you paid utility bill on 2-Oct and statement is let say on 16-Oct, you’ll only see 1.5% in that. Once calendar month over, in 16-Nov statement you’ll see the balance 3.5%
Same happens if you buy GVs from Tata Neu
